Jigsaw puzzles

Jigsaw puzzles have given pleasure to thousands of children and adults for hundreds of years, and we have a great selection of lots of the newest varieties. Why not try The Impossipuzzle, which is, as the name implies, an almost impossible puzzle to complete - try the brussels and beans puzzle and you'll see what we mean. There's also the double sided crossword jigsaw puzzle, which needs more than just jigsaw skills, but is very satifying to crack.

Great fun, and a little less taxing, the range of photomosaic jigsaw puzzles are made up of thousands of miniature photographs which combine together to make one large picture. Winnie the Pooh and Eeyore would be good to do with older children who enjoy jigsaw puzzles, but might need a little help.

Not quite jigsaw puzzles, but very demanding none the less, are the king of puzzles, the Bedlam Cubes which require lots of twisting and turning and swearing to complete. These are more portable puzzles than the traditional jigsaw variety, so good for long journeys or to keep the kids amused on holiday. Some jigsaw puzzles are so large, or so difficult, that you need a large table to set it out on, and then you can keep returning again and again. A jigsaw puzzle, once started, can be very difficult to leave alone, and how frustrating when other people try to finish it for you. Best to wrap your jigsaw puzzle up in a nice big jigsaw mat and take it away with you!
