We offer free next day delivery to all customers in the UK who spend £15 or over with us.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping and Delivery is carried out following our strict delivery policy. UK delivery costs between £2.99 and £6.99 depending on class of postage and size of parcel. Please note, we do not ship or invoice to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Schedule
All orders placed before 3.30pm will be despatched the same day using either Parcel Force, TNT or Royal Mail.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm

Please note, we do not ship or invoice to PO Box addresses. We will contact you immediately if the goods are out of stock and arrange for an alternative at your will, or keep you informed of delivery expectations.

All goods are packaged discreetly, and if you have any special requirements please enter these on the order form (general information/special requirements, page 2 of ordering process) or ring our customer help line (0870 2404604). Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, and we will, of course, keep you informed of the expected delivery time.
